Vendors - Be a Part of the Festival

If you are interested in participating as a Food Vendor, please download the Food Vendor Overview Information Sheet to review the opportunities available and contact Jose Cuesta at (513) 351-2200. In addition, you will be required to download and fill out the Hamilton County Temporary Food Operation License form.
If you are interested in participating as a Craft Vendor, please download the Crafter Application Form and fax the completed form to (513) 231-4412 with attention to Cincy-Cinco.
